Nutrition 1

Having spent the last few years playing with different methods of eating I have found that the system that works best for me is along the guidelines of the Paleolithic diet which is based on what humans ate hundreds of years ago. The following sentence is as simple as it can be made.
meat + vegetables , nuts + seeds, some fruit, little starch + no refined sugar. I try to stick to these guidelines as much as possible which works out to be 80/20 most of the time. I found this video which sums everything up nicely. The website has some great resources also so check it out.
