ME WK3 Day 1 Cycle 1

I really wasn't feeling it today but wanted to train anyways.
First day of maxes.

warmup
mobility
3 rounds
5 strict pullups
5 ring dips
10 squats

burgner warm up

few warm up sets @ 95, 135 , 155

Strength
Power Cleans 5 x 1
185 , 195 , 205 , 215 , 225

I managed to PR but I wasn't really happy as I just felt like shit today.
I suppose I can't complain.

Turkish get ups
2 each side with 70
