I had a pretty average workout today. I was really sore from the last 2 days and didn't have much work output.

mobility + dips, pullups + a few muscle ups

10 KB snatch with 44lbs each side
8 HSPU
10 swings - 70lbs
7 HSPU
10 H2H swings - 55lbs
