mobility warmup; high knees, butt kickers, side to side lunges and some similar drills.
Strength: Find max Thruster.
I gradually built this up and got a max of 185lbs.
Met Con:
10 power snatch 35lbs KB right side
20 walking over head lunges 35lb KB right side
10 power snatch 35lbs KB left side
20 walking over head lunges 35lb KB left side
3 rounds for time
Result = 12:15 - I'm pretty happy with this time but I probably could have gone a little faster. It was a really good workout. Looking forward to tomorrow!
